BrightHope

Community Food Hub

Weekly parcels, hot meals and a no-questions-asked larder for families across Manchester.

Our Food Hub is the heart of BrightHope. Every Tuesday and Friday, families collect a weekly parcel of fresh produce, store-cupboard staples and a home-cooked hot meal — all sourced from local suppliers and donated surplus.

What's included each week

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables from three Manchester growers
  • Bread and bakery from Northern Quarter Loaf Co.
  • Store-cupboard staples (rice, pasta, oats, tinned goods)
  • One hot meal cooked on-site by our volunteer chefs
  • Toiletries and baby essentials, when stock allows

How to access the Hub

There's no referral form, no income test and no waiting list. Walk in during opening hours, or message us on WhatsApp if you'd prefer a quiet collection. Everyone is welcome.
